Pricing, vehicles, luggage, options: the essentials before you book.
How is the price calculated?
The price is shown in the booking module before you book. A transfer is priced on the actual driving distance and the vehicle, with a minimum billing of 40 km. A chauffeur on call is priced on the duration (2, 4, 6 or 8 hours) and the vehicle; an excursion on the destination, the duration and the vehicle. Any options you choose are added to the total. Luxury is available on quote.
How much does a transfer from Strasbourg-Entzheim Airport cost?
It depends on the destination and the vehicle. For example, to central Strasbourg (18 km, billed as 40 km minimum): €100 in Economy, €120 in Standard. To Colmar (70 km): €175 in Economy, €210 in Standard. Enter your address in the booking module and the exact price appears straight away.
How long is the Strasbourg – Colmar journey?
Allow about one hour for 74 km, barring exceptional traffic. The price follows the distance: €185 in Economy, €222 in Standard. You choose the pickup time in the booking module.
Can I book a chauffeur for a full day on the Wine Route?
Yes, in two ways. A chauffeur on call (2, 4, 6 or 8 hours) puts a driver at your disposal so you can shape your own itinerary, from Obernai to Colmar via Ribeauvillé, Riquewihr or Kaysersberg. The “Wine Route” excursion is a ready-to-book programme. Either way, the chauffeur waits for you during tastings and visits, as agreed in the programme. Included distance is 10 km per hour, with a minimum of 40 km; each additional kilometre is charged.
Do you cover transfers to Germany and Switzerland?
Yes. Simply enter a pickup or drop-off address in Germany or Switzerland in the booking module: the price is calculated on the distance driven. Baden-Baden, Offenburg, Freiburg, Stuttgart, Basel or Zurich, for example. If the distance cannot be calculated, we prepare a quote. Which vehicles do you offer, and for how many passengers?
Economy, Standard, First Class, Standard Van and Luxury. The Standard Van seats up to 6 passengers. The booking module checks the passengers and luggage you enter and only offers suitable vehicles. Luxury is available on quote.
Which options can I add?
You can add snacks (€15) with a chauffeur on call or an excursion, the Welcome Pack (€25 per passenger, Luxury only) and a private tour guide on an excursion (€250). The guide’s language depends on availability: French, English, German or other.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Contact us as soon as possible by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail, quoting your booking. The conditions for changes and cancellations are set out in our terms and conditions.
How do I arrange an event, a wedding or business transport?
