Purpose
These terms govern chauffeur-driven transport services booked with STAYEAS. They must be reviewed and legally validated with the operator's real data before publication.
Booking and price
A request sent from the site does not constitute a confirmed booking. The service is formed after explicit acceptance of the quote. The price depends on the route, time, vehicle, waiting time and options communicated.
Changes and cancellation
Deadlines, cancellation fees and change conditions must be specified in the accepted quote. No final scale is invented on this site.
Delay and waiting
The client provides accurate information and stays reachable. Flight or train tracking helps adapt pickup but is not a guarantee against external events.
Luggage and passengers
The number of travellers and nature of luggage must be declared. Prohibited or dangerous items are not accepted. Child seat needs must be flagged before confirmation.
Mediation
After a written complaint with no resolution, the consumer may refer the matter to the competent mediator: MEDIATEUR_COORDONNEES_ET_SITE. Contact details and referral link to be completed.
